Cherry Fruit Wine
Cherries contain a considerable amount of antioxidants, as much as 400 mg / 100 g. They are substances that protect the body against cancer and the aging process, because they neutralize free radicals (reactive oxygen-negative forms).
Cherries support the work of the heart and the work of the cardiovascular system, including thanks to anthocyanins, which increase the elasticity of capillaries and strengthen and detoxify the heart. In addition, they have a positive effect on the production of red blood cells.
Cherry contains a large amount of potassium, which protects the heart. 100 g of cherry contains 173 mg of this element; vitamin C (10 mg per 100g cherry), which seals blood vessels; fiber, which reduces the level of “bad” cholesterol, and thus reduces the risk of heart disease. 100 g of cherry contains 1.6 g of fiber.
Daily drinking cherry juice helps with insomnia and speeds up falling asleep.
In folk medicine, cherry juice has anti-inflammatory properties – reduces fever, relieves muscle pain, improves drug absorption.
